Hi,I need to change about 50k bht to uk money soon .I tried the banks in Mae Sai ,but no joy.

Is there somewhere in ChiangRai centre i could do this ?

I have 3 choices - ChiangRai -Bangkok Airport - or A UK bank

Does anyone know Which option would give me a better deal ?

I would prefer to change it here in ChiangRai if possible

I'm not going to have time to venture out in Bangkok to do this

Any advice on this would be appreciated

I doubt the banks or exchanges in Chiang Rai or the airport would touch it but I have successfully changed baht into foreign currency at Suvarnabumi.
