Doe's any one of these "lower deck lawyers" in TV really know what happened with the rice scheme. We see so many tales but no one is really specific on the matter. I see mostly anti PT rhetoric with very little substance. In fact i just see an anti PT bandwagon. Yes we know that it has happened, but how and why , and who are the presumed corrupt persons involved. Name them.

Note how it points out that the rice pledged / sold to the Government program was not in turn sold by the Government in a timely manner and now a huge percent of the rice is not saleable at all.

So the cash flow is now run amuck and there is no money to pay the farmers...that being a large part of the programs failure...amongst the corruption and incompetence of various politicians and private profitteers involved

Of course no one will outright accuse anyone of theft or malfeasance....that you have to figure out on your own...as the laws pertaining to liable and slander and defamation are well known and often used to silence the critics.
