May 28, 200619 yr Does anyone know of any good cooking classes in ChiangMai? I would perfer a home style if possible instead of one that the larger hotels run as I find them too expensive and only go through a couple of dishes before there food service starts again. Appreciate any feedback. Cheers, Fleetz
May 28, 200619 yr There are many advertised in the tourist mags. Some probably have seriour local learners in non-tourist classes. My daughter enjoyed her one day class, learning one dish and eating the product.

May 30, 200619 yr We also like Sompet Cookery school. We've recommended them to several people and everyone was very happy with them. Also, they are pretty flexible and will work with you if you have special requirements. A link that we found: http://www.yummytaste.com/school/print/sompetcookery.htm last e-mail: [email protected]
