Not a whole lot of facts needed. On an assumption scale of 1 to 10, this one is pretty easy. How many people are on a list who are.... 1. Senior to Chalerm 2. A visit by a Minister to another country will most certainly generate some media coverage, especially by the media of the country hosting the visit. If it is an official state visit, that is. Tried to Google for news but there is none. I'm sure speculation is rife who he is going to meet, and I guess we will never know for sure. More pressing a question is, if this isn't an official trip or state visit, did Chalerm use his own money for this trip, or is it on the accounts of state funds? And if it's not an official agenda, is it proper for him to leave his all-important post in CMPO, especially since SOE is still in place? Have you considered that the source might just be throwing out red herrings for all ? Great way to plug a leak within your organisation is share misinformation with certain individuals and see which one leaks it out... Exactly.,,,, If it is a personal trip and he is paying the fare, it is nobodies business. If it is an official trip being paid for by the government, then the people of Thailand should be informed fully of the purpose of the visit and who is participating in the meeting.
