hey all - is anyone else having problems calling to Pattaya from outside Thailand? I haven't been able to get through for three days now.

Yesterday and the day before all I got was the thai message that basically means "the phone isn't switched on or is out of range", and now all day today all I get is an engaged signal...

This is on two different numbers.

Are there still problems with the network? Anybody have any problems in Bangkok with One2Call yesterday evening? About 10-11pm? Couldn't get through and not sure why...
