Searched like crazy but no dice. Gyms near HangDong / Airport Plaza?

So I'm currently staying on Chiang Mai - Hangdong Road next to Big C

I currently go to a gym near Huay Kaew but my subscription is up and would like to find somewhere a bit closer if it's possible. I know the drive to Huay Kaew is only 15 minutes but I would like a change.

There is a thread on this from 2012 which mentions a place called Kwan Wiang Clubouse but I can't seem to find anything about that at all now.

Any suggestions?

I decided to try Sansara after a bit more Googling

It's expensive monthly (3,000+) but one year is only 10,000 baht.

The Centara Dungtawarn Hotel (near the night bazaar) has a gym/fitness centre. I don't know how much it costs but I was told you can pay a monthly or annual fee if you want to use it.
