I want to rent out my luxury 1 bedroom condo at The Urban, which is located on 2nd road / Soi 15 in central Pattaya.

I would prefer to rent it out for 2-3 months, but minimum stay is 1 month.

The rental cost is 28,700 a month including electric, water, internet and their booking fees.

I'm flexible with dates and currently the condo is available for April / May / June.
