Car rental company in That Phanom area.

Featured Replies

Hi all !

I am going to rent car for the first time when I go to my wives village this summer for 6 weeks in That Phanom area. Maybe you think it is crazy because of the bad traffic situation in Thailand but I must have something safer to drive around with during the days now when I have little daughter 6 years old with me. Before I have used a Honda 100cc motorbike. I have to have some vehicle to escape the village a couple of hours every day to keep my head in good condition. I am going to fix a international driving license in Sweden. I want to rent a car with a automatic transmission so I only have to think about the driving and keep the car safe on

on the left ( wrong side ).

Is it any farang out there on this forum who lives in the That Phanom area that can recommend a good car rental company in the same area ?

Best regards

If you are flying in then fly to Ubon Ratchatani where you have AVIS, BUDGET and smaller local companies. I don't know of any car rental company in That Phanom or Nakhon Phanom at all. I am in Mukdahan, 120 Ks South of That Phanom, . Ubon is about 280 Ks or 3 Hours drive from That Phanom.
