Yingluck needs to realize that this is the highest court in the land. By issuing a request through her lawyers for an extension the day before she was to appear before the highest court in the land - on a case that was two and a half years in the making, that was ruled on by the Administrative Court - last May - and by the Supreme Administrative Court - in a unanimous decision - she has not shown respect for the court, let alone her rantings on facebook, and any other drivel she has managed to utter in public since, and has likely not impressed the judges regarding her sincerity. Yingluck' sincerity has not been under question for only the length of this case, however. It started when she was first campaigning for office. She affirmed in no uncertain terms on the campaign trail that Thaksin had nothing to do with Pheu Thai or the administration she was hoping to lead. Two and a half years later, after all the sykpe conferences, after the passport issuance, after the amnesty bill, and on the eve of a massive Pheu Thai sojourn to Hong Kong - sincerity is yet another word that Pheu Thai has had to continually redefine.

Again very true in detail like you always manage to do, hats off. But I am starting to get fed up with this show and that she in her position is still allowed to trow spanners in the work (read post 9). What on earth are they doing and when is this going to end. I have had itbah.gif

hahahahaha, she will be sh*tting bricks waiting for the answer to this. Can you see her trying to physically answer any questioning herself, she is totally illiterate when it comes to talking, even thinking causes her to panic as she isnt capable of it without someone to give her the answers.

Lets hope they see straight through her bullsh*t and say no.

You are very mistaken about her abilities and as the police are now watching Thai Visa Forum I think you should be very afraid. She was dux of her class at Chiang Mai University and how about you? Are you able to boast of anything academically? I read on an eminent Face Book account of how she spoke for over 90 minutes at the National Defense College - fluently and without notes - does that sound like the 'totally illiterate' that you have the hide to slur in this public post? Yes, I would be very afraid and watch yourself for however long you still think you want to be a resident of the Kingdom. Maybe you are one of the 'dear Leaders', S T, special boys and have no fear but his days are going to be spent in a Thai prison eventually, unless he scoots the country for a haven abroad with his ill gotten gains from Thai people.

she spoke for over 90 minutes at the National Defense College - fluently and without notes

Was the topic of the 90 minute speech where and how to buy

A Cartier bangle like the one on my wrist, worth Bt200,000

A highquality pearl necklace like the one round my neck valued at more than Bt100,000

A Hermes scarf like the one on my shoulder priced at Bt19,500

A Hermes handbag like the one in my right hand priced at Bt200,000, and a classic Chanel handbag

in my left hand priced at Bt200,000

A pair of Jimmy Choo shoes like the ones on my feet priced at Bt100,000

A 13.5-karat diamond pendant like the one I'm wearing priced at 7.7 million baht.

The perfume I'm wearing priced at Bt4,500 for 100ml.

This is the only topic she could speak on for 90 minutes without notes. Or maybe I'm wrong and she was explaing how much sorrow and pain she felt for the poor farmers that have not been paid for their rice. Then she burst into tears recalling the farmers that had comitted suicide due to not being paid and it took her 30 minutes to regain her composure.

And by the way the only thing I'm afraid of is running out of Leo on the weekends when my friends come over.

Stock up Pimay, have a nice weekend. thumbsup.gif

Hahahahaha, Mark will be sh*tting bricks when the CC applies the laws for him and any of his MP's that did not vote in the Feb 2 election as if they did not? then they are not eligible the contest the next election, The possible get out of jail free card is that the courts will rule yes he and his MP's broke electoral rule (laws) but as the election was nullified it doesn't countwhistling.gif

I think YL will more than likely be fired from the job, just as the last voted PM was stolen from the people, Some one (neutral, yellow)will have government for 3-4 years and the PTP or some reincarnated entity will contest the next election and win, will the minority try for a third time? we don't like you, we don't like your government, we don't respect your vote, Why do the minority not see this? How many times will this happen before there is a war?

Sorry to spoil your day

I though the last on the spot election was thrown out

that mean the fact they did not run is not valid

as the election was not valid

Yingluck realizes it's impossible to stop a judicial coup, she can only try and delay it.

Yes, Judicial coup, it's the only way the Democrats manage to cling to power, that or outright military coups. Sadly, the Democrats never seem to have mastered the knack of persuading the electorate by the superiority of their logic, arguments or policies. So rather than have free and open elections they resort to, administrative, judicial and as a measure of last resort military coups.
