Company and properties. Info please

Not sure what topic to out this under do i put it up on general.

I am part share holder in a company with my Thai aunt and uncle. I would like to ask....

How many properties can you have under a company?

As I would like to purchase something here in Thailand and at a later date my aunt and uncle would like to purchase as well.

And is their any other info that I need to know, thank you
