The numbers will seem to indicate that the US is worse, but it's not. In the US the police don't take payoffs.

Most of the motorcycle accidents I have seen involved a car , hard to say who was at fault, since all you see is a stopped car partly dented, and a smashed rider laying on the pavement... How does that fit in with your statistics ??
