FA looking at introduction of B teams in league shake-up

Featured Replies

Thoughts?

A new competition for Premier League and Championship clubs to field B teams will be considered by the Football Association on Wednesday.

It is being proposed that the teams could play in a league sandwiched between League Two and the Conference.

Another option is to merge League Two and the Conference with the B teams to form two regional leagues.

tbh , not sure if i' m in favour, could just well end up with thw prem totally controlling / dominating ALl the footie in england . now the dream, 4 lower lge clubs however faint, still lingers after b teams being introduced into the league structure would it?

The reason for the changes

The plans are part of FA chairman Greg Dyke's commission looking at ways to improve the national team's fortunes.

how the fark is this going to help the national team ? really clutching at straws if you ask me !

I don't understand my sending off ref. Makes sense to me to always analyze who stands to benefit financially when any changes are proposed. wink.png

The reds for ungentlemnaly conduct ! which suggesting the b league certainly is . the clubs with money are the ones that MIGHT only might benefit england certainly wont and the lower leagues WILL suffer. A bad idea already an anti petition with 30 thou sig's and some talk of an anti protest march.

Still somewhat confused. I don't support the idea. I was suggesting a preemptive audit to root out any potential ne'er-do-wells. I believe you have me confused with Oxcart Chambermaidenhead.thumbsup.gif
