Learn how to code html and css. Much better and doing the same things. The learning curve is also easier once you understand it

Css3 take time to learn and unpredictable across several browsers. All my projects are based on css3 and html theme on Wordpress. My recommendation is find Dreamweaver tutorial online

I agree, learn Dreamweaver by using forums, or easy to understand tutorials . Just google it .
