Three five finger shuffles a day? You must have one (or maybe two) arms like Popeye

Since the OP won't give his bloodwork numbers, BP, or even BMI, it seems he has something to hide about the effects of his diet. Maybe it's not so fantastic after all.

I tend now to think the initial post was merely a troll post simply to take delight in informing everyone about his daily wank.

Funny - I've not heard of any cancers attributed to meat and dairy consumption. I'll look into it but in all of my reading I've never come across it. Strangely enough, I recently read an article that claimed that fatty fish, high in Omega 3 fatty acids increased the incidence of prostate cancer. The benefits of taking Omega 3 have been disproven in a huge meta- study that encompassed many years of results. That was very disappointing for many health researchers, not to mention the supplement companies that make billions pushing Omega 3 sales. Omega 3 must bring in nearly the amount that sales of Lipitor do. You must read what spacedoc (Dr. Duane Graveline, a NASA flight surgeon) has written about Lipitor and other statins on his website spacedoc.com!

So I take it you never heard of the China Study?

I have found the best way to " stay healthy " living here in Thailand is :

Wake up early - i like to wake up around 06.00 most days and start with a couple of coffees. I try to walk at least 10 KM in the morning and then eat " fresh fruit " for Breakfast / Lunch and then afternoons on the beach with more walking and swimming.

Evenings i eat a Thai meal with rice.I drink at least 5 litres of water a day.And it is essential to " walk everywhere " Don't use motorbikes or baht buses when you can walk! ( or even better is invest in a " Bicycle " ) Beer also is very good at making you fat so i would recommend to stop drinking beer completely! If you live in a " high condo " then use the stairs and never use the lift - the difference will be amazing!

We have the perfect climate here in Thailand so there is no excuse to look " Pale & Fat " ( Kind respect to any of our viewers that could be looking " a bit portly " )

Oh and have a nice day ! ...

Sounds like a life not worth living to me.

And yes, I do manage to keep fit and trim while eating and living a full life.

Up early, coffee out in the front garden with the birds singing, the gentle waterfall peacefully and endlessly trickling down our rock island and into the fish pond, the humble-bumble of people making their way to wherever, walking to the shops to stretch the legs... it's hell I tells ya. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

The heat and humidity are what makes it hard for me . I do really well during the brief "cool" season, walking or bicycling ost places etc. Bit once the heat and humidity set in, it's another matter....

Must confess this is made worse by the fact that I am not an early riser, never have been. I get my best sleep between 6 - 9 AM....

ideally my best diet would be 80/10/10

but it takes A LOT of fruits to eat and I would need to buy a second fridge, and brush my teeth 6 times a day.

so I stick to WFPBD with raw as much as poss

I'd replace one mango with additional sex. Less calories in more calories burnt.
