American Hospitality General Manager returning to Thailand - first time to Hua Hin

Hello Hua Hin followers,

First and foremost - I love Thailand!

I am quite possibly moving back to Thailand at the end of this year. I have lived in Bangkok (4 yrs) and Samui (1 yr) back in the early 1990's.

This return is as General Manager with a new Hospitality Development and I would be working in Hua Hin.

While researching housing, I find many real estate brokers, who handle long-term rentals. My question is who is the best? I am looking for a pool villa in Hua Hin, one that will accept a small dog. I have found many wonderful options, but once again, having lived and rented in Thailand, it is often the leasing professional that makes this process either steller or challenging.

I will also buy or lease a car, and I am wondering if there are reccommendations for a reputable agency/ dealer for this as well.
