Serviced Apartment/Non Long Term Lease Condo

Hey guys,

My lease is up next month and I want to move closer to the center but have a problem back home that might be materialise and don't want to be tied down to a contract again. Can anyone recommend some cool serviced apartments, modern style of a good standard, with easy BTS access and in a fairly good location. Budget is anywhere between 20 and 30k. I would also do a condo on a 3/6 month term lease providing it was worth it and up to standard.

Try aspen suites... Not sure what monthly rate they do but they have place at Suk Soi 2 & 8
