Extremely high electricity bill for an Airbnb
5th floor, only fan, nice breeze from the balcony, didn't need the AC last month (first tme in many months) I just got my record bill in ten years in Thailand. 123 baht. for a month. yea, record LOW. Record high is probably only about 1500 so I'm not the digital, nomad AC 24 hours guru. Airbnb. never. Every place always tries to get you when you leave......common everywhere. my depoit here is only one month, I'll never do more. -

Extremely high electricity bill for an Airbnb
Renting for one month or more is legal. No need for a Hotel Licence. Don't spread BS. OP rented for over 4 month. All above board. If you rent via Arbnb, make sure you know how much you pay for water/electricity. Make sure you get to see the meter and make a photo. 6 or 7 Baht a unit for electricity is what most renter will ask. But do your research before you rent.
