1am tomorrow would apply to tonight's curfew. When do the new hours take affect exactly?

Officially , its 12.01am untill 4.00am.

So for tonight 10pm still officially stands.

Be interesting to knoe if bangla closes in 45 minutes or not.

50/50 for me.
