Which police office in Chaing Mai to go for Reporting Lost TM 6 Card

Featured Replies

I've lost my TM 6 Card and have an appointment for an extension on Tue 3rd. at CNX immigration.

To be on the safe side, I will report the loss of TM 6 to the police in order to get a report.

Which would be the police office to go to ??....Thanks for any help.

Why not simply pop in it immigration tomorrow or Tuesday and ask them if it's a problem, or what to do if it is?

Because in another topic it is suggested to get a police report as some immi offices need one.

Fairly sure you can just fill out a new one and tell them you lost the old one and they will check the computer to find the old card's number and add it with notation on the new card.

They have blank TM6 cards at Immigration.

All you need to do is fill one in and attach it with your passport.

FYI, I went to the main police station in the old city (walking street) around 9:00 AM today.

Explained that I've lost the departure card and asked for a report. They did it right away and charged 20 Baht. Took less than 10 min.

Totally unnecessary, but if it makes you feel better.
