I need a cheap car

Featured Replies

I had a motorbike crash the other day and I want a cheap car so I can drive around when it's raining. I really like honda, and mitsubishi. Any advice on websites or car dealers would be most welcome. CM area. Thank you

Cheap and car do not go together very well in thailand.

New or used?

Mitsu Attrage is cheap and easy.

Nissan March can used for under 300k. Small and would look good with your boyfriend.

80,000 used would be a good start :-)

for 80K Bath you would get an absolute piece of garbage that would fall apart in a month or two. it probably would need a complete engine and transmission rebuild.

Why ? really depends on what you buy and condition, guy in the next house up in the Village paid 109,000 baht 5 years ago next month for a very nice Toyota Soluna, goes to work every day as well as the family run a bout, never had a problem, if sold today guess would still get around the same price. he more or less gave away his old car a Mitsubishi Champ with constant breakdowns..

Something like a Honda lots of parts about cheap every mechanic can fix cheap............. lots of BMW E30's about for 80,000 baht or less but not so cheap to fix.

As a starter, have a look at:

There are more lists/sites, besides these and the ones mentioned by other on this thread. Can't recall them at the moment.

OP, you would probably be better off renting a car for the months it rains.
