Does anyone know how I can print from my pc a selection of photos that look as if they were just scattered randomly and overlapping please

You could use Photoshop to design your own collage.

First select a blank page of the size that you can print,

then move the photos you over onto the page and position

as required.

Each photo remain distinct and can be moved, if required, until you

"flatten" the final image.
