Without any rice. Leave on the chicken skin, it's fine. Don't dare add the poo, the crab they stick in there to raise the price, though the subsequent runs will cause some weight loss. ;)

No, needless sugar dose. Stick to blueberries & strawberries.

Can't hurt anything, eh. Nice big mug of green tea (no sweetener (no HONEY) or no-calorie sweetener) is all to the good.

Like most BBC Horizon's on diet and health, left a lot more questions in my mind than answers, but it was worth scrounging up and watching.
