Greetings...I live in Mae Wang (32km SW of Chiang Mai). I am looking for referrals for a Company/Business that you have utilized or can recommend to drill a water well. Would like "one stop shopping"...for well and hooking into my current water system. Need for two small houses, pool and to water land. THANKS in advance....

There are travelling drill derricks in your area. Simply contact a nearby village headman or two for their recommendation. Been there, done that near MWang but it's been a decade or so now, so no name. My son says the price today is in the 60000-80000 for a 60+ meter well. They use a diving rod if you can believe it, but hey it seems to work. Depth depends on what lay beneath your property... Cheers

we had an 84 metre well dug a month ago for 160,000 baht, we used a local guy but I think that where you live would be too far for him as we are 90 klms North of CM

Its got to be the best way to find oil by drilling for water.
