July 14, 201411 yr Argentina will be chewing on that one for a long time. Great effort throughout the WC but the vaunted FAB4 outside of Messi did very little. Poor finishing in the final did them in. The defense was rock solid. Congrats to Germany. Great cross and and even better finish to end it. actually thought the germans had more chances then them maybe not quite such glaring ones though. what a shocking display by the ref,im surprised his attempt at trying to keep the game flowing didnt end in more injuries culminating at.the.end.blatenly ignoring mertessaker and him almost not getting on. and big up to the germans for not kicking off at the smartly cynical argies. unfortunatly always seemed to me the germans were gonna win, looking at the argies in prev rounds all hinged onthe first goal as the argentinians attack only seemed only truly effective on the counter and what with messi inneffective made tia maria a huge miss.
