Now I'm hoping, although not holding my breath, that the Father of this young lady will be investigated to whether he had legal means to own this weapon. coffee1.gif

Just luv the reporting from Pattaya One, they must have seen the same message on her Facebook page as they were there too. They got the police arresting the young man, what a coincidence? The Nation aren't as good as Pattaya Oneclap2.gifthumbsup.gif

Looks like the police baited them into the crime in the first place by contacting them on FB, cant they focus on real crimes that have actually already been committed?

Isn't prevention of a crime far better than dealing with the consequences afterwards?

IF an individual is voluntarily advertising the sale of a firearm on FB, and the police respond to that advertisement, then they are not baiting anyone.

The article indicates the daughter had stolen and sold her fathers firearms on previous occasions so it would appear she was likely attempting to offer this pistol for sale as well.

As for waiting for crimes that have already been committed, a crime had already been committed--the theft of a firearm. The distinction is important if you were the intended target of whomever purchased this stolen firearm--in which case, you would likely be quite thankful the police intervened prior to you being shot.

But me thinks you must be a troll to leave such a ridiculous post in the first place.
