Calculating a Chiang Mai PEA electricity bill

Is there a Chiang Mai Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) web page where a customer can itemize the various charges on his electricity bill, particularly the 3-tier rates used by PEA?

I did find such a page for the MEA (Metropolitan Electricity Authority), but the residential rates are not the same.

Thanks!

Not sure how accurate you need. I keep a spreadsheet of my utilities (residential 2 story house in Mae Hia) and for last month the breakdown was:

.69B/unit Fuel tax (changed last month)

3.6913B/unit base cost

7% VAT

Plugged my usage in and it was spot on with my bill within a few satang (round off). So looks like an accurate and reliable source.

great! I must have entered wrong number of units when I tried it.

I don't think my PEA office (Hang Dong) website provides any such page (Thai or English) for its customers.

Much more detail than the PEA bill I get in my box each month.

Thanks, Tywais!

Using the MekongBob link, if you normally use less than 150KWh/month you will be on the 1.1 tariff. (The top line). If more than 150KWh/month you will be on the 1.2 tariff (The middle line).

There does not seem to be much difference however. My latest bill approx 1200 KWh is incorrect by about 3 baht using the 1.1 tariff and 2 satang with the 1.2 tariff. (I'm definately on 1.2 tariff)

Although MekongBobs link is for MEA , I'm on PEA and rates match.(for me)

Same here. I'm on PEA and the rates match for me on the MEA calculator.
