Today my wife visit vfs global for apply visa !

Total system crash, finger printer system lost connection to computer system!

Total waiting time 3 hours!

By the way my wife went today and only waited 1 hour and 15 mins. She then spent 30 mins with the agent who was new and very slow

VFS handle visa applications for many countries and have several national, e.g. UK, application centres in Bangkok.

It would avoid confusion if the OP said which one his wife was at!
