I have amassed a smallish pile of various broken electronic odds and ends. Anywhere I could take them (Phangan or Samui) with at least a slight chance of them not ending up in a stinky mountain of plastic and silicon in the jungle? Also have a few used batteries.

Leave them by a government bin on samui.

Anything that can be repaired, cannibalised, utilised or just plain sold for scap is taken by the silent team of scavengers. Great people - helping to keep Samui clean and green.
