If you want to go from Kanchanaburi Town to Hell Fire Pass and back you could try Good Times Travel ... Haven't actually used them but know many who have. They have been established for quite a few years and same ownership as Good Times Resort where we have stayed many times.

I think that they are quite flexible. I know that you can arrange travel at/via the hotel. They all speak good English. 087 162 4949 will get you the hotel.

Catch the local bus and get them to let you off on the highway right opposite the entrance to Hellfire Pass.

Leaving, you've got to get the timing right and flag the bus down on the highway in order to return to Kancha.

Sorry but the Hellfire Pass service will start before the bus service
