Mind your Language do one-to-one lessons. You would have to ask them if their teachers teach off-site from their school.

BigC...When I was looking for Thai lessons, I came across this site. they have a couple of teachers in Samui that will teach at clients house or workplace.

I have not tried them, but might be worth a look.
