Just to save a few baht on a visa Fairly ignorant view, but as with others...up to you. by the way....no issue whatsoever ovrrstaying up until recently, its not even abusing the system...just the way it is, get over it.... Maestro Posted September 7, 2014 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Sections 73 (child not over 7 years old) and 74 (child over 7 years but not yet over 14 years of age) of the Criminal Code apply. I doubt, though, that immigration would go to the trouble of taking a child of 7-14 years to court, but I remember reading a news article about a senior immigration officer, I believe from the southern region, mentioning the possibility of taking the parents of of an overstaying child to task and that officer may have had Section 74 of the criminal Code in mind.
