where can i get protein in Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

usually by Dymatize protein power, does Chiang Mai have a supplement shop or other options where I might be able to get this or an alternative?

Thanks all

I would be very surprised if Sandy Health shop didn't have any. They are on the southern side of the southern moat, about half way along, They sell things like whey powder, so i reckon you'll get what you want from there.

There is a body-building supplement shop on the same side and street as the UN Irish pub. Closer to the moat that the pub. That would be my best guess

Best protein you can get is available cheaper than you think. Most public markets have it, fresh and in abundant supply. Your body only can extract so much protein, and the rest is excreted. You guessed it....insects. Safe, fresh, viable, available and effective, non-fat protein. Go natural, and stop putting synthesized products in your body.

and, you are welcome.

OP, you can get Dymatize Elite at the new shopping plaza (Star Avenue) near the main bus station. The health shop is opposite McDonalds. The 5lb protein which I normally buy B2,199 is only 100 baht dearer than Phuket Health or Fitwhey....wai.gif

Insects at local markets are over fried many days before you eat them, are full of oil and totally empty of nutrients and proteins.
