where can i get protein in Chiang Mai

I would be very surprised if Sandy Health shop didn't have any. They are on the southern side of the southern moat, about half way along, They sell things like whey powder, so i reckon you'll get what you want from there.

Best protein you can get is available cheaper than you think. Most public markets have it, fresh and in abundant supply. Your body only can extract so much protein, and the rest is excreted. OP, you can get Dymatize Elite at the new shopping plaza (Star Avenue) near the main bus station. The health shop is opposite McDonalds. The 5lb protein which I normally buy B2,199 is only 100 baht dearer than Phuket Health or Fitwhey....

Insects at local markets are over fried many days before you eat them, are full of oil and totally empty of nutrients and proteins.
