The prices very reasonable.
They work day rate,or yardage depending on the project.
Welding,tiling, brickwork,plaster work,painting,etc.
The work ethic is exemplary.

I live in Kanchanaburi and in the next couple of months intend to finish stage 2 of my house. It's very hard to find a decent contractor where I live, damn shame the builder you recommend lives far away! Would he be willing to live on the property for a month or two? How many in his team? Do they come with the wives too and need to pay them? Cheers in advance
