I currently require the services of a good Terrazo tile cleaner as I have a number of surfaces and walls within a bills in Samui that need to be brought back to their former glory. If anyone can steer me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.

You mean terrazzo or terracotta? Terrazzo is usually poured (seldom precast). If it is terrazzo and its dirty it usually means that the protective coating has worn off and dirt/dust/etc. penetrated the surface. Once dirt penetrates too deep, very hard if not impossible to clean.

Try some toilet bowl cleaner and scrub with a brush... wearing rubber gloves as it is caustic, (perhaps try in a inconspicuous area first... )

Power wash off, but do not get the nozzle close to surface. (fan out the water stream, do not use a pin point jet of water!!!)

Then rinse with water with a hose, redo any streaky areas...

Perhaps look for a new coating, when done, check Home Mart or Home Pro and see what they recommend..

Terrazzo i very difficult to clean, however never use anything containing acids !!!!!

You can only use soap with a neutral ph or you will have a disaster !!!
