I'm looking to buy female toslink to mini male toslink adapter or a toslink cable with male toslink / mini male toslink

I have found a company in Bangkok that will deliver but I would prefer to pop to a shop in Chiang Mai later today

You could try winner elec stores, Pantip (Second floor ??) and 1st computer square after Chiangmai RAM 1 hospital (at the back in the corner, Not JIB).

They do have a lot of different items but I admit I never seen that thing that you want. Googled it and plenty of hits.
