In western countries we are living in apartment or houses with great surfaces ( more than 70 square meters...) i am asking myself how you deal with the little condos if you are not very rich ? I have seen so many condos from 25 sq meters to 45 sq meters ....not difficult for you expats to live in such a little apartment ?

I am more happy in my 50 sq m. Condo here which has everything incl. A great view, 3 swimming pools, gym, sauna, security an big parking than I ever could be in a 100sq m aparment with nothing in europe and its less than half the price

200 sq m is the average Australian home ( mine is 260) it was a struggle in a 1 bedroom 40sq m condo for a year, cant be a hoarder in Thailand, i got on ok though and could do a through clean in 30 min so there are some benefits, but when the ex TGF came to stay over night or for the weekend i did feel crowded.

Thanks for your answers...i understand the benefits of a little surface ....i was smiling when you say " with a GF it was crowded ".... I suppose many of you are the majority of the time outside of yours apartment ?

Yes, couldnt live here full days. One day is fine so now and then to have a day off of everything just play the music which btw you can here from everywhere in your condo ;) but normally im always working or meeting up with friends

There's always a condo complex In the shopping centres.

With a mock up unit.

They are tiny. But always under or slightly over a million baht.

In comparison.

Small 1 bed knightsBridge

London

Sold before the agent took a pic £ 1.3 M.

Move out better. 1 bed Teddington Sw £ 200.000.

Move out east gotta be better.

NO

a 1 bed in Stratford £ 200.000 +++.

East used to be cheap. But I think you pay a premium now.

Because you get the feeling your in Islamabad without getting on a plane.
