TT&T server failure all day on the 5th July and the weekend before.

I told them I am paying for a service I am not receiving.

I complained and asked them for a rebate.

I asked if there is an Internet regulator?

I told them a Sham is defined as something that is not as good as or genuine as it seems to be....FALSE

I asked them if this fitted their description.

I am waiting for their response.

I am not sure how long my contract has to run but does anyone know of a better service?

I wrote another letter to point out their website is full of abracadabra as well as Thai.

The reply said they are developing www.ttt.co.th in English for foreign customers and apologise for the inconvenience.
