Are Mini Buses available @ Suvarnabhumi ...

Featured Replies

I need to get some friends from the airport to Sukhumvit early next month.

3 adults plus 3 large suitcases and carry-ons. Plus me.

No way they are going to fit into a taxi.

Is there a mini bus service available where we can just walk up and book on the day?

When they arrive, there will be many many transportation people at arrivals that will be able to accommodate you. Some are a little less reliable than others. I usually just hop on a bus or at night take a taxi, but I travel light. But you can't miss the touts that will be able to provide any type of van or private taxi you want. Have some idea of the price before you pick one. 4 people in the same van or SUV should be easy to hire.

Frankly, it will be probably cheaper just to take 2 taxis. Less than 500 for both, I doubt that you'll get a mini van for that price but you might....

Thanks for replies Guys ...... and the PM from another member.

Its all over now, but would like to pass on the following .....

AOT minibus / limousine hire just to the right of the arrivals area sorted out the trip.

1300 Bht from Airport to Hotel including toll charges.

Professional and polite service.

They found out when they got to the Hotel that they did it for 1000 Bht, and will use that service next week when they leave.

I've also noticed yellow and green Toyota Fortuner taxis at the meter taxi rank recently. They are big enough but I'm not sure if you need to request them or if they are used as normal meter taxis.
