Kad Farang the Game my review

I said I would viisit The Game and I did, I took the kids and the missus and here are my views

THIS IS A POSITIVE REVIEW and while I make some constructive critisim it is not meant to bash the place just to give back customer feedback

The place is nice very well put together and they have obviously put some serious cash into it and it shows.

There were about 10 punters in there who all looked to be having a good time we sat down and checked out the Menu which there was quite a lot of choices

I had the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was GOOD the burger was homemade and juicy bacon was crispy and overall it was good HOWEVER I would like to make a suggestion to the management

The Burger bun you use is the ones from Rimping and very small I would suggest making a change to the bun

KASIM makes some great buns which you can purchase near Worawat Market I think you would have a winner with the burgers if you change that bun the burger was really tasty but the bun let it down I would still order it again but to really take the quality up a step change that bun..

The missus had the Pork chop and she was not really impressed with that and to be fair I could see why it was about half an inch thick and because it was so thin presentation was affected but more than that it was very dry and had been burnt around the edges my suggestion would be to get those chops a little thicker so they dont dry out so fast when cooking.

The Kids had the 99 baht breakfast and the staff kindly agreed to change out the hash browns for french fries, the breakfast came and it looked GREAT and I think a bargain for 99 baht its no big boy breakfast but there was plenty there the eggs were cooked to perfection the bacon crispy and the kids were very happy.

If I had that breakfast (which I will be doing soon) the only thing I would say is get the toast so its browned as with many places in thailand the toast was white and not left in the toaster long enough to change its color but that is a minor thing since the breakfast looked and tasted great since the kids cleared their plates.

The Missus had a sprite the kids had a coke and an Orange juice and I had 2 pints of Chang Draft (95 baht) so with all that the bill was very reasonable 1035 baht a great deal I thought.

I did a vote with the family thumbs up or down for the GAME and the kids and I gave it a thumbs up and the missus gave it a thumbs down for a 3-1

Overall I was quite happy and will definately will be back hopefully the comments above will be received as they were intended in a positive constructive manner and hopefully they will take note of the bun situation and get those chops a little thicker the beer is spot on a 95 baht for a pint of Leo or Chang.

Had a quick game of Pool and it you are quite encumbered when playing which is a shame since the tables are very nice, I had a look around and the only place I can see where they could move them (or at least one) would be right at the entrance in front of the big screen tv I think you could get one table in there and not be encumbered,

I will be a regular at the Game when i am not heading to town and when there is UFC on in the mornings.
