No doubt a good son.

Very touching generosity from Chula.

But it would be much simpler and easier if Thais enjoyed a NHS benefits.

Thailand is not a poor country.

Only some of its people are.

My Aunt (one of many) also has breast cancer and is being treated free of charge under the government health scheme at Suan Dok Hospital in CM.

So why isn't his mom being treated free?

Just wondering.

Kids that go to Chula are fairly likely to be coming from middle class / upper class families so she's probably in some disgustingly priced hi-so private hospital.

Well done to him for looking after his mum

What illness does she have that costs 100k per month?

A good young man this one.

Why would you choose to say something so unbelievably cynical about this unfortunate situation? If you bothered to read the report you could answer your own question.

As I said, he's a good kid.

Its a.reasonable question. Ongoing treatment at this price is extremely high and is on many cases covered by the insurance systems.

So, do you know which treatment cost this much?

Strange that in Thai families, there are not so many son's who care for their mothers.

That's the story implying anyway...

Perhaps there are no daughters or anybody else left in his immediate family.

Whatever the reason I admire him.

Well, that's my next Thai business venture sorted.

One hour of work per day, selling to hot uni girls and netting 24,000THB per month. Which by the way is nearly three times more than the minimum wage where most punters have to work 12 hour days.

He sold 1 sandwich? That'll help a lot! Or maybe it is "Fruit and Sandwich Salad", though the sandwiches would likely come apart and get soggy in the fruit.

Seriously, learn what plural nouns are before writing articles.
