Is GrabTaxi still existing in Pattaya?

Yes...I still use them...mostly they are available at night I have seen, not early morning

For most of my needs, which is from shopping at Tesco or Big C, it's almost the same price to use the song-taew "taxis" parked by the front door, and with no wait. Three out of four of my recent attempts to use GrabTaxi in mid-afternoon of a week day I failed to get a taxi via GrabTaxi app. Cheekily when the app fails to find a taxi, it suggests you add a tip to entice a driver. Someone who lives at the south end of Jomtien told me he can't get a GrabTaxi to go down there with anything less than a B100 tip.

Pity, since at its launch GrabTaxi showed such potential, and actually was economical and efficient.
