App to allow our toddler to only view videos on iphone

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an app that will only allow our 2 year old access to the videos folder on his mum's iphone 4S.

He loves to watch the videos while holding the phone himself but we've found he gets a bit trigger happy and I'm sure he's changing settings and deleting stuff we don't about until it's too late, lol, oops!

I thought I had found just the thing under the 'restrictions' menu but it's not quite what I'm looking for.

If anybody knows of such way of doing this I'd be pleased to hear about it..

Thanks everybody :-)

Have a look into guided assistance mode. Will restrict what can be done.

Hi SoloFlyer,

Wow I really can't thank you enough, Guided Access does exactly what I was looking to do and it's built right into the device already, perfect!

Cheers again!

:-)
