Seems suspicious that he'd be with the police at the crime scene doesn't it.

Well without sounding like judge and jury- the resemblance to a very clear shot posted on Sean's veevo account is uncanny. I would have to agree with that. What is his role there on the main stage with police ? Odd to simply have an islander tagging along. Has to be from a ruling island family to be allowed near this lot wouldn't you say ?

You mean the guy with his hands behind his back wearing a black t-shirt, no uniform? I cannot really make that out. The pictures posted by Sean featured two (thinly) mustachioed guys, the image is not clear enough to discern any upper-lip hair-growth. Or your eyesight beats mine...

Edit: I just noticed him being the only person in the picture wearing flip-flops. All police-officers wear regular shoes, even the (plainclothes or forensic?) guys in white shirts as one would expect.

Not really, as in suspicious IF he was connected to the local police and was making sure all the "evidence was taken care of" The do say that quite often murderers return to the scene of their crimes..

Right from day one, the open minded people pointed the finger towards "locals" and were met with "Thai bashing" from a certain section of TVF members.

The reason David Miller was naked was probably because the killer swapped shorts with him. Read that they found a pair of blue shorts nearby from the killer. Appears that David was trying to help her. I believe the local police on the island didn't/don't want the crime solved, but are getting pressure from the police from bkk and big boss. Now there is so much pressure and with the new info from Sean McAnna and all the reporters getting involved hopefully they will have to get to the truth. That guy definitely looks like the same guy in the pic that he put on fb. So he is buddies with the local police. Not surprising. Criminal kicking money to the local authorities and them trying to protect him.

Copy-paste >> I already posted the theory below previously in a different thread. I also read since that a blue short was found near the crime-scene feeding the assumption that one of the perpetrators switched his for the better quality short of David (that could have been in a pile on the beach while he was in the water). One of the killers could have picked it up when leaving, if he was one of the rapists he might already have had his shorts off. Maybe he stumbled upon David's clothes while trying to find his own short back in the dark.

There is a lot of speculation about David being naked. In my opinion an explanation could be that David went back, met Hannah near the beach and decided to have a swim. So he went for a quick skinny-dip while she watched clothes and flip-flops etc. While in the water, the perpetrators arrived. Maybe things were even still friendly at the time as Hannah recognized one of the guys she just smoked a cigarette with. They might only have noticed Hannah as single easy target with David out in the dark, out in the water. When things went sour, David must have started screaming and running out of the water. Got clubbed over the head a couple times then got dragged back into the water to drown, or was already thought to be dead. Hannah must have been terrified being held by Perp 1 while Perp 2 was brutally killing David. They possibly did not even have to threat her much after seeing what they did to him.

BKK Post just reports another 30 samples tested did not match with the perpetrators' DNA (am I allowed to point his out as the effect is the same as pasting in a link?). So either the AC 2 owner was not on that list, or is now cleared as suspect as well.

Have a read at the source, you all know which paper this is...

So that's how they do it. We always knew that all these hangings and jumps off balconies were suspicious. Now we have some proof that these guys were planning on staging another suicide to suit their purpose.

Interesting. Police threw out some info yesterday that they were looking for someone that was playing guitar nearby to where the bodies were found. Then they get the mafia to go take him and make it look like he killed himself. Then they can claim that he was the guitar player and he felt so bad about killing them that he committed suicide. These guys seem to have a lot of experience with this sort of crime cover up.
