This crime is a lot worse than Murder...there is photograpic proof from the crime scene that has been released by the police in private that shows and proves the female victim was murdered BEFORE she was raped twice...

How do you know she was raped after being murdered?

I have seen photos from the crime scene..A forensic expert can confirm whether someone is penetrated before or after death...I am no expert but have it on experts advice that these phootos undoubtedly prove these rapes occurred after the murder..

I'll try to explain it ...there are photos that prove it....Imagine when a person dies,rigamortis setsin and their body gets hard quickly, so if a person was penetrated after death it would be usual for their point of penetration to remain open rather than close naturally...the photos show this clearly...

My apologies to the families and friends involved, but by sharing this horrific knowledge I can only hope the animals that did this get what is coming to them.....

I'm trying to keep up on multiple threads so I may have missed this but has anyone passed the screen shot pics of the alleged bar owner/guy on the beach to the Western media?

I have to agree that the guy on the left, very much looks like the guy who was on the crime scene with the police on other photos. If that is the case, then I wonder how he also ended up on this picture?

In the video it's even more stark - the guy on the left is the guy standing on the beach with police at the crime scene. So who is he that he's walking all over the crime scene? Why was he there if he isn't police?

He was there to remove any evidence who could implicate Thai locals

I catch your drift but rigor mortis normally sets in 3-4 hours after death depending on environment temperature etc. I just don't think they have waited for so long.

Although on the other hand:

If my son/daughter or someone in my family had been the victim of a crime like this, the last thing I think I would be doing is reading forum posts/threads about every detail online in a chat forum. Just my opinion.

Having said that, and anyone related or who knows the victims is reading these posts, I just want to say how desperately heartbroken I am for them, I really hope the murderers are brought to justice. This case has really affected me, and even though I don't know the victims, I want the families and their friends to be able to get some closure from knowing that the guys responsible for this awful crime have been caught and punished.

Was she lured onto the beach by someone she knew and trusted?

It's hard to follow - but it sounds like the bro of the owner of AC Bar is still in custody whilst another younger member of the family ( maybe cousin or nephew ) is still on the run. They have found a connection between the Hoe and the family and have detained the one brother of the bar.

In effect, if this is all true, then the whole murder case can be traced back to the bar. ( AC Bar ) which has been claimed to be the case many days ago. The elder members of the family who seem to own the 2 x bars in question initially refused DNA Tests - but have since given samples. Why was this ? The answer in my opinion is quite simple - the DNA samples would / should definitely prove a close match and at least incriminate the family and that is why they refused to give samples initially. This has allowed the younger member of the family to make a run for it.

If there hadn't been the strong pressure from the International Press then I suspect this would have also been swept under the carpet. Unfortunately, for them, the media and social media has exposed the most obvious clues they were trying to overlook - but people pressure has not allowed that. It does seem ( IMO ) that they will now catch the right Perps ........in spite of the significant efforts of the locals to make this problem go away!

I will be telling all my family and friends where not to visit in Thailand. This is the only real justice that they will get !

Regretfully, none of this exposure has been pleasant for the respective families, but unfortunately, I doubt these cases would have been nailed had it not been for such public exposure and finger pointing !

The beach was 300 feet from her bungalo. David stayed in the same building.

Many years ago a Thai man produced a knife at 4am and proceeded to Rob my girlfriend and myself on a beach front just prior to dawn.

A thud was heard and the robber fell to the ground smashing his head further on the ground and out cold.

A soccer hooligan type appeared immediately .

He had thrown a full bottle of beer ( a large one)

He then began kicking the unconscious Thai man , who I ironically now needed to save from being kicked to death.

The girl with me was Thai and trying to strangle him to death likewise.

Had it not been for my efforts this guy was done.

What I learnt is violence begets violence.

These little nasty Thai thugs on some island picking on westerners need to know their are some lunatic westerners on the loose in those environments .

Killing them is just as bad

I urge not to seek retribution ....but allow due process.

Notice boards are threatening retribution on grubby bar owners and Jet ski scammers and boat operators.

That will just create further violence .

Killing Thais or beating them near an inch of death is wrong .

I think the brother has been released awaiting DNA results and has spoken to the media. It is clearly suspicious that the son has gone to Bangkok. But there were two sets of DNA. If the brother is one of the rapists/murderers why didn't he also leave the island....on a fishing boat at the dead of night? Surely the chief of the island who is the owner of the AC bar and is the brother and father of the two suspects could have arranged this? Unless of course there was a third person, perhaps not related, who may also have left the island. Maybe the brother was involved but wasn't one of the two rapists.
