My wife and I will do our 90 day report soon.

Is Phuket Immigration requiring the TM 30 form (house owner report about who is staying in their residence) along with the other required form? This is our first 90 day report under our new visas/extensions to stay.

I have a lease, but it only shows my name, not the wife's name.

Thanks for your experiences and advice.

Actually, I just filled out the form for the first report - no further documents were required. Well, that was about 10 or 15 years ago...
