Hi , i paid 550 points last night to check out the services of the above, when i log on i have the points in credit BUT it wont open any channels .. It says not available with my package, this are even thai state channels.....How do you start the viewing ....Regards

To be fair, the stupid ticket system works very well and quickly.

You need to go into Buy Packages and choose which one you want, using the points !

Have you purchased a package with the points?

If you bought 550 points and it states you have 550 points in credit

that means you have not bought a package yet, just to to the buy

packages, and choose the ones you want, then you can view them.
