ACM Kongsak monitors poverty eradication progress in Ubon Ratchathani

The Interior Minister, ACM Kongsak Wanthana, has visited Ubon Ratchathani to follow up on the officials who are eradicating poverty in many areas of the province. He has reiterated that the communities have to speedily developed themselves and also turn themselves into a tourist destination so they can have higher earnings.

Ubon Ratchathani Governor Suthi Makboon gave a summary on the work progress of sufficient village policy to ACM Kongsak at the provincial city hall. The governor said 60 percent of the work is now complete, and the officials are now working on accommodation, land and debt issues for the local residents.

The Interior Minister has reiterated that the communities have to speedily developed themselves and also turn themselves into a home-stay destination so they can have higher earnings.
