TOT Internet is yours super slow today the 12th Oct?

I have TOT that usually runs about 10 mb.....today I am lucky to get 1.5. Anyone else having problems today, or need I look for other problems ?

Streaming News programs do not work ....

TOT speedtest is giving me 21Mb down 3Mb up (no surprises there)

Testmy.net gives 12Mb down 2Mb up, so everything seems normal.

TOT Pattaya.

Problems since last Thursday. Cuts and only intermittent connection.

I complained to TOT in person Thursday noon and a tech called me Friday AM.

No improvement and Friday PM TOT told me a tech would come to my place Saturday AM.

Indeed the guy called Saturday but never showed up.

Saturday AM I had connection but PM absolutely nothing until 9 PM.

Today I have connection since this morning with only a few short cuts.

It's not a modem going bad. I checked with another modem - same connection problem.

My TOT is a little slower the last few days, but i can still stream stuff,

try unplugging the router for 10 mins ,then switch on again it sometimes

helps,are the schools on holidays,that can slow Internet,with lots of kids

playing games and facebook.
