Diabetes work up

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I was diagnosed as diabetic type II about 18 years ago and I've been doing okay, I guess. I try to pay attention to my carb portions. My HbA1c goes from 5.3 to 5.8. But I haven't specifically seen a doctor about it in 12 years. I've been self dosing with Metformin for 8 years (occasionally told to reduce my aggressive intake) and recently I've heard the stuff can really upset one's stomach and I'm dealing with gut issues now.

Are there recommendations for a terrific diabetes doctor in Bangkok (perhaps at Bumrungrad) to check me out and recommend the best meds for me?

Thanks.

Get on Bumrungrad website, very good hospital dont think you could go wrong with anyone there.
