Glow in the dark paint or powder

Hi. We're looking for either "glow in the dark" paint or powder. To be honest our preference is for powder as this gives more versatility. I have asked in B2S (Chaeng Wattana), B2S (CentralWorld), Isetan and the art supply shop on the 3rd floor of CentralWorld. Nobody has it or even seems to know about it.

Any great ideas? Would love to be able to get some this week as it is for our little girl's 3rd birthday on Friday.
